Nurse

The classic Silent Hill Nurse will make its return in Silent Hill V. Obviously inspired by the movie, the nurse will be easy and simple to outwit. They will, however be drawn towards noises which you make by either meerly running, hitting or shooting objects or even knocking into a table and in turn knocking off cups, plates or whatever is on it sending it crashing to the ground will get their attention. |

Smog |

Silent Hill fans will notice how similar Smog is to Silent Hill 2's lying figure. However, it is not quite the same in Silent Hill V. It's appearance, while similar is slightly more unnerving. Instead of being trapped in a bodybag, it looks as though hands from under its skin are trying to pull its mouth open. Smog attacks by inflating its lungs and spewing noxious gasses at Alex in an attempt to poision him. |

Schism

This monster appears to have it's head split down the middle. He is a big powerful faster monster, and William Oretel has mentioned in an interview that when Schism spots you it will charge at you, chase you and hunt you down... |

This is a new monster to the franchise. It is a tall spindely creature with a China Doll like face. There isn't much else known about this monster at this time. |

Siam

|
Siam is exactly how he/she/it looks, as though it is two mutiliated bodies of a man and a woman mixed in with a bondage/BDSM theme. It also has large swolen club-like arms which are very similar to that of the Closer's from Silent Hill 3. |
