Whether from the recent supposed "leak", or officially released, the Silent Hill: Homecoming Achievements for Xbox 360 have arisen on the internet.
Some of them could be considered mild spoilers, you can view them here. There is still no word on whether or not Silent Hill: Homecoming will have PlayStation 3 Trophy support yet either.
